Preceded by the single released in July 2025, "When The Lavender Blooms", the 2026 studio album by Melbourne-based Australian band The Paper Kites, entitled "If You Go There, I Hope You Find It", offers moments of crystalline beauty thanks to ten compositions gravitating towards the more refined world of indie rock and folk.
The quintet consists of Sam Bentley (vocals, guitars, organ, harmonica, accordion, and main composer of the album's tracks), Christina Lacy (vocals, piano, Rhodes, Wurlitzer, organ), David Powys (vocals, guitars, banjo, percussion), Samuel Rasmussen (bass, keyboards, percussion), and Josh Bentley (drums and percussion).
