However, “Wild” stands out when it comes to showcasing the young (born 1986) English guitarist’s muscular approach: the album features energetic vocals, a rock-hard rhythm section, sharp guitars capable of delivering deadly blows at just the right moment, an unstoppable rock blues mix and knowledgeable and steady production (by the sinewy Kevin Shirley).
