Powerful vocals and lashing guitar are the main protagonists not only of the track "Star", but of the entire "Borrowed Time" album. The uvula of the titular Dana Fuchs and the electric six-string of his lifelong partner Jon Diamond can travel expeditiously thanks to the work done admirably by bassist Jack Daley, drummer Todd Glass and keyboardist Jordan Champion.
