CONNOR SELBY
Connor Selby (2023)
After collecting plenty of awards in blues music and opening for concerts by the band The Who, Robert Cray and Beth Hart, and British guitarist Connor Selby participated in music festivals alongside Pearl Jam, Stereophonics and Johnny Marr. Connor Selby has now managed to win the applause of audiences and critics alike with the album bearing his first and last name as a title.
All fourteen songs (four are "bonus tracks") are shining testimonies to the titular man's passion for blues music with flickers in passionate soul and bear Selby's signature, except for "My Baby Don't Dig Me" composed by Percy Mayfield and brought to success in 1964 by Ray Charles.
