THE GENTLE SPRING
Looking Back At The World (2025)
Coming from the band The Field Mice, singer, guitarist, and bassist Michael Hiscock, together with singer and keyboardist Emilie Guillaumot and guitarist Jeremie Orsel, formed The Gentle Spring in Paris in 2002.
Never was a name more appropriate for a band capable of expressing, in every track of their debut album "Looking Back At The World", a smiling amiability and a freshness typical of spring. Ten caressing compositions of soft rock, sometimes bordering on the most noble and intriguing pop music, as beautifully demonstrated by the closing track "Don't Bring It Home".
