On his fourth album (including the double "Live In London"), the young musician from Clarksdale, Mississippi (born there on January 19, 1999), Christone "Kingfish" Ingram explores new territories where Delta blues (his first love) blends with hard rock, funk, rhythm&blues, and soul atmospheres. "Hard Road" is his most personal (also from a compositional point of view) and courageous album to date, an exemplary demonstration of a multifaceted and still growing talent: the guitarist and singer (also busy playing bass and drums) recorded it for his newly formed label Red Zero Records, co-producing it with Patrick "Guitar Boy" Hayes, Nick Goldston, and his trusted friend Tom Hambridge.
