Julia Cumming, singer and bassist for the trio Sunflower Bean and a model for prestigious fashion brands, makes her solo debut with an album released in April 2026, simply titled "Julia".
Produced by Chris Coady and Brian Robert Jones, the album features eleven tracks of high-quality pop that have led some music critics to predict a bright future (especially among young audiences) for the American singer-songwriter. "Julia" was recorded in Los Angeles studios and was preceded by the single "My Life", accompanied by a music video directed by British director, screenwriter, and film producer Edgar Howard Wright.
