Fatal Mistakes (2021)
Formed in Glasgow in 1982, taking a break (without breaking up) in 2002 to reappear in a concert in 2014, the Scottish band Del Amitri returned to the music scene in April 2021 with their new album "Fatal Mistakes".
As with their previous releases, "Fatal Mistakes" is full of Justin Currie’s artistic vein. Singer, multi-instrumentalist and founder of Del Amitri, all thirteen tracks on the CD, in fact, boast his signature (three written with Iain Harvie and one with Kris Dollimore, both guitarists in the band).
A luminous example of an astute blend of clean rock and glam pop, "Fatal Mistakes" brings back to the scene one of the most interesting groups of the 1990s.
